Men's ideal body weight = 50 kg + [2.3 kg x (height cm -152)] / 2.54


Women's ideal body weight = 45.5 kilograms + [2.3 kg x (height cm -152)] / 2.54


For example, 170 cm in men, ideal body weight is 66 kilograms, while the 170 cm female, ideal body weight is 62 kg
